Refund & Replacement Policy
At Diva Jewels, we take great care in crafting and packaging every piece of jewellery. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of jewellery, we do not offer refunds or replacements under any circumstances.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Product not meeting expectations
- Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund.
No Replacements or Exchanges
We do not offer replacements or exchanges under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Size or fit issues
- Colour or design preference
- Damage caused after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the issue.
We will review your case and may, at our sole discretion, offer a resolution. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Important Notes
Please carefully review the product description, images, and size details before placing your order. We strongly recommend checking the size guide (where available) before purchasing rings or bangles. All jewellery items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
