1. Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order is packed and handed over to our delivery partner, Shiprocket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email/SMS.
2. Delivery Timelines
We ship nationwide. Once your package leaves our facility, the estimated delivery timelines are generally as follows:

Metros & Major Cities: 2 to 5 business days.

Rest of India / Regional Areas: 4 to 7 business days.
Please note: Ethereal weather conditions, peak festive seasons, or regional courier delays might occasionally add a couple of days to transit times. We appreciate your patience!
3. Shipping Charges

4. Tracking Your Order
The moment your package is scanned by Shiprocket, you will receive a tracking link via Email and/Sms. You can use this link to track your jewelry's journey in real-time right to your doorstep.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do offer Cash on Delivery for valid pincodes across India.

To ensure successful delivery, please make sure you provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number. Our courier partner may call you to verify your availability before delivery.
6. Address Changes & Order Corrections
Because we try to dispatch orders quickly, we can only make changes to your shipping address if your order has not yet been handed over to the courier.

We cannot redirect or refund packages that are undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Your Diva Jewels pieces are carefully inspected and securely packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a clear photo/video before opening it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
